All water polo athletes must report for registration in the large gym on Monday, August 24th. Registration will be open from 8:30 am to 11:00 am. All students need to bring a copy of their completed pre-registration form signed by their parents. They would have been prompted to print this page after they completed their online pre-registration.

If you are unable to complete the online pre-registration process by Monday, then you need to attend their originally assigned registration day.
