Get pumped to get back to work! Our first games are fast approaching – we will all be back on deck this Monday. A few things to note going into this week for the boys:
Our first practice, this MONDAY (15th) will be just ONE session from 1 pm to 4 pm – deck warm-up will start at 12:45 pm. On Tuesday we will start our double practice schedule (7-10 am & 2-4 pm).
DO NOT FORGET to bring WATER, snacks, protein bars, protein shakes, etc. (whatever fuel that will keep you going) for the next few weeks as we get back into the grind, especially with our 2-a-day practices coming up.
Come prepared each day with pool gear, dryland clothes, gym shoes, and a good attitude!
Please bring a lock for your pool locker if you do not have one already – your stuff is at risk of being stolen if your locker is left unlocked.
Lastly, all athletes need to have their PHYSICALS done and turned in by Friday morning (August 19) at practice.
Girls do not need to report to practice until the first day of school – enjoy your last few weeks off and look for more details to come.
